The Power of Connection

In building connections with others, we all know the value of developing trust and the importance of communication, consistency, repetitiveness, and vulnerability.  We will explore how trust is built and the different views on trust that someone may have. Additionally, we will consider the heart-head connection and the role that vulnerability plays in building connections.  The goal is to consider ways you can use the power of connection to establish a self-sustaining network beyond the VT CHEP grant.  Workshop will be offered by Ricky and Tess of Padgett Coaching.
