Strategic Plan
In April 2022, the Vermont Public Health Institute (VtPHI) partnered with Health Resources in Action, Inc. (HRiA) to develop a three-year strategic plan to inform the VtPHI organizational structure and determine a set of priorities to advance health equity in Vermont. The strategic planning process included participation from a variety of stakeholders with a vested interest in the health of Vermont communities.
